So yesterday I layered down

Normally sleep without wearing top + trousers

but yesterday slept with 2 shirts + 2 trousers

because

heat kills virus

anyway it did something

but still not fully better

wordpress plugin approved

now gotta edit the plugin page and fix that up

re-worked socials a little bit

saw a dan kennedy book I had

skimmed it

got an idea

free information reports

will be using that later
