No worries

This is a numbers game

Currenlty my emails can send 400 per day

I'm going to buy more domains, increase spending by 100/mo

Then I can send 1500 per day

Which means 4x quicker speed

Must get first 100 customers asap

argh

I don't know which channel to use

gonna make some fb ads and think about it tomorrow

might also find some google keywords

which means I'm on the right path

Made some Facebook ads, $30 per day

Will see which template from cold emails worked tomorrow

I just need some initial customers it can't be that hard can it

Will try and find good google ads keywords tomorrow

Might have to fund this entire venture with e-com if I can't spend that much

Not getting many positive replies

So we have 3 options

Facebook ads | Google ads | Cold email

And there are others

twitter ads linkedin ads

twitter + linkedin organic

lemme see if I can find any easy keywords with google ads

nope they are all way too expensive

maybe few keywords here and there theoretically

but CPCs are $5 to $10

And I currently don't have the budget for that

if I knew my conversion rate, sure

but I don't

Which means we're left with facebook ads, cold email, twitter

and twitter is approximately the same as linkedin

So if I figure out twitter I've got a solid traffic source there

if I figure out cold emails, also solid traffic

same with fb ads

$30/day budget on facebook

it is almost certainly not enough

so tomorrow I'm gonna see if I can figure out twitter organic

also gonna get more cold emails warmed up

Almost certain the lead list I have right now is not too good

gonna sleep now to recover sleep debt I've incurred
