Day 348

The problem with creating an empire is that it'll fall

If I build a massive company with thousands of employees, the mission will get lost

It'll get corrupted, as usual

Theoretically I could create systems that are uncorruptable, but that's unlikely

It'll shoot up, then once I'm gone, it'll get diluted, so on and so forth... until it becomes a speck compared to what it could have been

So the primary goal has to be the extension of all life

The longer I live, the less corrupted my works become

The less I live, the more corruption there is

The bigger the company, the bigger the corruption

The smaller the company, the smaller the corruption

This is why you see massive companies that barely change

E.g. (2022) - Facebook

Big company

But what's been done in the last 5 years to their product, with thousands of engineers?

Absolutely nothing

That's not a bad thing. Could mean that the core structure is perfectly sound.

But it's meh

If they're not growing, they're dying

As evidenced by TikTok taking over all social media platforms

They're all trying to copy and compete with them

And in doing so they're losing what made them work in the first place

By copying competitors, you become your competitor. Then, you have no unique advantage.

Anyway

Given that I'm smarter than most people

And have more opportunities than most people

It's up to me to do everything I can

BUT THE PROBLEM

THE PROBLEM

Is that if you're reading this

I'm almost certainly dead

So I failed my mission

What do I do with that?

Scenario 2

If you're reading this

I've succeeded with my mission

WE MUST ENSURE SCENARIO TWO IS THE ONLY POSSIBLE OUTCOME

WE MUST SUCCEED

WE MUST PREPARE

WE MUST PLAN

WE MUST EXECUTE

We have to think 5-10-20 steps ahead

Only then do we have a chance

22:00 PM

Made 80% of the returns dashboardy thing

Did some slight performance improvements on API

Gotta fix a few things, make it work on mobile, and then allow users to search for returns, some other stuff

will do that tomorrow
