Day 331

Asim Akhtar,
Back

9:29 AM

I have been verified on my business manager for my 2nd business account (the backup account), so

if my first one expires and I can't re-renew the verification, 2 months before that...

I'll make a new app on my 2nd business manager. Get that verified. Then get tech provider verified.

Then allow users to switch to the new Facebook app integration within the 1 month remaining grace period.

I'm not sure if I can create a grace period, it might have to be a hard switch. I could probably, but it's probably easier to create a hard switch and remind users before the switch occurs.

That's only IF it's necessary.

Anyway, I'm on the mission. Thank you for this opportunity.

It's Day 325

I don't want to go to day 365 without launching

I'm done with the timelines, since they're all lies

Wanna get this polished and maximum effectiveness

See, if I spend 2 weeks creating an extra feature that makes it easier

Like for example, if I have live chat

Some businesses might HAVE to have live chat

So if they see me, but I don't have live chat, then they might not use my product at all

So it's better to build now than launch and build later?

Or maybe it's not

Idk we'll see, depends on how quickly I can build it

It should be very easy to build IMO

Messaging part of it is easy

The bots/configuration/self-service I can just re-use and re-integrate the stuff I've built

The help docs is easy too, I just let the users add it then display it to the customers

All easy stuff, question is will it take 2 weeks or 1 week or 3 days

I should make more emails too so I can send more emails when I launch

But I'll do that once I have greater cashflow incoming

Probably have a couple hundred thousand leads

Let's say 300k

300,000 / (100 * 3 * 50)

20 days to send all the emails if I have 300 emails

300 emails costs me $1500/month ish

100% worth it EASILY

But setting it all up pain in the ass

Right now I have what, 10 emails?

Would take me 2 years to go through the list

That's LACKING

I need to shoot my shot

Make really good follow ups

It's like remarketing but on steroids

I know they're shopify stores

I just have to get them at the right point in the cycle, give them proof

tell them

HEY

I CAN MAKE YOU 20% MORE MONEY OVERNIGHT.

I CAN GIVE YOU INFINITE SCALE

I CAN STOP CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BEING YOUR BOTTLENECK

I CAN INCREASE YOUR LIFETIME VALUE BY 30-50-100%*

YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL KEEP COMING BACK TO YOU

HERE'S PROOF: THEY MADE 200K

HERE'S MORE PROOF: ...

IT TAKES 5 MINUTES TO SETUP

5 MINUTES, NOT 2 HOURS, 2 WEEKS

FREE TRIAL. HERE YOU GO.

DOESN'T WORK OUT? DON'T WORRY, YOU PAID ME NOTHING ANYWAY.

WE'RE THE WORLD'S BEST SHOPIFY CUSTOMER SUPPORT PLATFORM AND ONLY GETTING BETTER.

GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS THE WORLDS BEST EXPERIENCE. MAKE 20% MORE MONEY.

and boom.

*this is unproven, I need the data. Maybe the number's way higher. I suspect it is.

*I'd go back to a store with exceptional support. I'd never go back to a store with shitty support.

No need for a demo (this is a bottleneck), just make a video of the thing on the website and make really detailed landing page

No need for sales call, handle every objection on video + landing page + in emails

Each follow up, handle every objection

Remarketing

Facebook ads

Google ads

Bing ads

Twitter ads

Linkedin ads

Email marketing

SEO (later)

BACK to WORK

10:07 PM

After this,

Bulk email 300k people with free trial

Auto follow up every 1 month, each email handles set of objections

If they sign up, remove them from lead list

If they sign up but don't finish trial, add to another sequence

I don't see the point of demos/sales calls

I need to test this

If it's quicker to get them on free trial + setup completely in 5 mins and make them 20% more revenue...

Then why waste time on a 20 min call

Goal is to get so much social proof and referrals that they've heard about us before I even email

Or at least bombard them on every channel

No brainer really
