The incompetence of customer support teams is so annoying.

[Bad review] --> Does absolutely nothing

The teams aren't even integrated with any developers

So if there's a bad review, nothing happens

If there's a good review, nothing happens

This is why most companies will fail to iterate/improve. Most companies will die because of this,

Unless they have a massive market

E.g. insurance companies, health companies...

They can extort as many people as they want and get away with it

Bad service? Ha... that's your problem.
