Would you rather have them ask a question to your shitty live chat,
Or would you rather them know the answer and not need to ask?
Every single live chat experience/bot is built for the former, not the latter
MAYBE you don't even need customer support
If you're doing the same thing 100 times per day, you can ALMOST DEFINITELY automate it
What, you really think your brain is that big?
You really think computers can't outdo every single thing you do on a daily basis?
Maybe not yet.
But once it's done, it's done
Automate it once, reap rewards forever.
