Resisting the temptation to just make the self-service platform

Removed some performance issues on helpdesk

Still trying to sort out the bulk refund/cancel stuff

I've got the shopify action + send email going but doesn't seem to work 100% properly gotta see where it's going wrong

Everything's smoother than before

Got a few bugs but they're very minor
